  • Unframed prints often arrive within 10 days of ordering. Framed prints often arrive within 14 days. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

  • Because each print and frame are made to order, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact me and I’ll make it right.

  • Expedited shipping may be available depending on the product and destination. If you need an order by a specific date, please use the Contact button in the navigation menu before ordering to check availability.

  • Absolutely. If you’re looking for a size not listed on the site, feel free to reach out using the Contact button in the top navigation menu and include the print you’re interested in along with the size you’re considering.

  • Paper prints are professionally printed on premium photographic luster paper for rich color and detail.

    Canvas prints are produced using a giclée printing process on luster canvas, then hand stretched into gallery wraps for depth, texture, and a refined presentation.

  • Absolutely. Special requests for specific locations or scenes can be accommodated for an additional fee, depending on the scope and requirements. Please use the Contact button in the top navigation menu to share the details of your request and I’ll follow up with options and pricing.

  • Frames are handcrafted by Andrade Works, a small woodworking studio focused on material integrity, proportion, and long-term use. Each frame is made from solid white oak or walnut and designed to be durable and timeless.

    Print frames include:
    – Archival, acid-free matting
    – True Vue® acrylic glazing with UV protection
    – Rigid backing with dust cover
    – Pre-installed hanging hardware

    Canvas floating frames are purpose-built for unglazed canvas prints and include a finished backing with dust cover and pre-installed hanging hardware.

  • Two frame styles are offered. Canvas prints are presented in a floating wood frame, while paper prints are paired with a matted wood frame. Both frame styles are available in white oak or walnut.
