Refund policy

Pontes Prints creates every print to order. Because of that, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds or accept returns for reasons like ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order shows up with damage or isn’t what you purchased, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pontesprints.com.


Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the print and the packaging

We’ll review the information and send a replacement of the same item if the issue is confirmed.

Color and Display Notice:

Small color variations can happen because screens display images differently. This isn’t considered a defect and isn’t eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Issues:

Carrier delays aren’t refundable. We’ll help you track the package or work with the carrier if needed.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns:

We do not accept returns of any kind. Please don’t send any items back without contacting us first.

Replacement Shipping:

If we confirm damage or an error on our end, we’ll cover the cost of sending a replacement. Unapproved returns or returns caused by incorrect customer information will require the customer to cover shipping.
